Holiday week start/end dates are Saturday. Arrival Saturday at 5 pm, departure on Saturday 10 am.
To confirm your booking we require a 30% deposit of the booking price as a security deposit. Booking becomes binding after we receive a copy of your bank transfer and a copy of your identity card. You can send them via fax (.+39.0932.621943) or email. If you use the sofà bed, in living room, you have to pay 15 euro per day for person. If you have a animals with you there is a price of 50,00 euro per week.
The prices aren’t inclusive of city tax: EUR 1,00 per person (over 14 years old) for each night.
In case of cancellation and no show:
Within 30 days before date of arrival is not due any fee and the deposit will be returned
Is due to the arrival date the full amount.
July and August the deposit will be returned 60 days before of arrival
If you accept a last minute or an offer the deposit will not be returned.
We accept online payments through PAYPAL
At your arrival we will draft an agreement in which we´ll state the status of the property, furniture and equipment and your acceptance. If you agree with terms and conditions, we will ask you to settle your payment and a 200€ damage deposit per apartment.
We accept credit card, cash money (until 999,00 euro) or deposit bank !
At your departure we will check the state of the apartment together and if everything will be in the same state of repair and condition as found at the start of your rental period we will return to you your 200€ deposit.
