All rooms are air-conditioned, furnished of fine designed custom-made furniture. The apartment is provided with TV, washing machine, kitchenware and crockery. Price includes weekly housekeeping, bed and bath linen.
On the north side (living room) of the house there’s a large outdoor terrace (about 30 mq) supplied with tables and chairs for outside lunch and dinner, with a storeroom suitable for bicycles and sunshade parasols.
On the south side (bedrooms), there’s a small 10mq balcony where you can relax and listen to the sea sound and a 30 mq garden fragrant with Mediterranean essences.
Two bicycles are available on demand, with a little extra charge.
